Interior Designer
Lead space planning, concept development, and material selection for residential projects. Work directly with clients from brief through final sign-off. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong sense of material aesthetics required.
3D Visualization & CGI Artist
Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for residential project pitches and client approvals. Collaborate with designers to accurately represent material, lighting, and spatial intent.
Site Project Manager
Own on-site execution from BOQ handover to final handover. Coordinate vendors, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout. Strong knowledge of civil, carpentry, and finishing work required.
Business Development Executive
Convert warm inbound leads into consultations and project sign-offs. Own the initial client experience — from first call to design brief handover. Experience in interior design or luxury real estate sales preferred.
AutoCAD Draftsman
Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, elevation drawings, and BOQ sheets for residential projects. Accuracy, speed, and the ability to interpret design intent into technical drawings is essential.
